From time to time, exhibitors have questions about their points. They are often uncertain if their points are correct or how to fix it, or even find answers to their questions. This form will help you determine any issues.
1 Check Your Membership Status
If you don’t see points for yourself at all, this is the place to start. The link below can be used to determine if we have the correct membership information. If you do not see your name, or your membership is incorrectly listed as expired, click the contact button below and we will contact the club secretary.
Keep in mind that MSRBA and MSRBYA are 2 separate organizations. You must be a member in both to accumulate points in both.
2 Check If Show Reports Were Received
One of the biggest misunderstandings of exhibitors is the length of time required for show secretaries to generate all of the necessary reports following a show. They must enter results for every breed and every class. The secretaries have 30 days to get the reports completed and often need all 30 of those days. They then mail or email the reports and it can take up to 2 weeks for them to be entered into the sweepstakes system. That’s nearly 45 days after the show.
